Gabriela Cámara's Roma seafood institution-tuna tostadas, pescado a la talla, the long lunch that defines CDMX. Since 1998, Gabriela Cámara's Roma Norte dining room has been the essential long CDMX lunch. Open for lunch and early dinner, it packs out every day with the famous tostadas de atún, pescado a la talla (whole fish butterflied with red and green moles), soft-shell crab tacos, fig tart. White napkins, chaos in the best way, the restaurant that made Mexican seafood a global proposition. Contramar holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction in the 2026 Michelin Guide. Open only for lunch and early dinner since 1998, it predates the guide's Mexico City edition by more than two decades and is recognized for value rather than formality.
